Valuation, Growth, Profitability, Momentum, EPS Revisions and Health roll up into one rating. Only about 5% of rated stocks are Strong Buy at any time.

Watching the filings
New SEC filings are read every morning, so takeovers, tender offers, bankruptcies and delistings are caught the day they are filed.
Tested, not assumed
Every quarter the model is re-tested walk-forward on point-in-time data. Metrics that stop working are moved to "info only", never quietly deleted.
